Dear Coach,

 

I would like to inform you that your team has been accepted in the Azzurri 2008 Invitational Tournament.  Enclosed you will find your Field map, city map, and tournament rules.  Please read the tournament rules before your first game.  Schedules are posted on our website.

 

Check-in:

Teams from the Omaha and Bellevue areas must check-in on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 655 North 108th Avenue, between 7pm and 9pm.

For all other teams, your check-in will be one hour before your first game at N.P. Dodge Park/Seymour Smith. 

 

The following items are required at initial check-in:

·   Travel Form – out of state only

·   (2) Official state rosters

·   Completed Medical Form

·   Laminated player pass with picture

·   Coaches must provide an official state roster and player passes before each game.

 

Players with hard casts are not allowed to play.

 

Please be ready to play according to your schedule.  Any delay on your part may result in forfeit of game.

Please read the following carefully regarding lightning or rain!

 

·   One blast of air horn suspends all play IMMEDIATELY!  Clear all fields and go to cars.

·   Two blasts of air horn is the call to return to the field you were playing on to resume play.

 

Games will be restarted and time remaining in each game will be at the discretion of the tournament director and referee coordinator.
